Default Seat bottom Replacement? 2004 Lariat SCrew

So I just made a post about steering wheel wear replacement and my next question is about my leather seats...The driver side is starting to show some wear as of now. No tears, but definitely some wear spots are showing. It bugs me and I was wondering if there was a place I could get some new OEM seat bottoms for driver and maybe passenger seat...Obviously, the match would have to be really close...Where do I get them at? Can I replace them myself?I have some limited mechanical skills and good common sense, is this something I could do myself?

You could search here for some used parts. http://www.car-part.com/index.htm

Probably could get a whole new interior for what you might spend otherwise trying to match what you have:

That site actually looks really promising. Anyone ever ordered from these type of places?
