Hey so I'm a new driver and I would like to add some more lighting to my 1994 Ford f-150 XLT, one way could be by putting in a roll cage and then adding lights to that but I don't know where to get one that would fit my model. Also if there are any other ways to add lighting to my model, PLEASE let me know!!! Thanks!

What are you doing with the truck that makes you realize you don't have enough light?

That would be a "light bar"; not a roll cage (which is for rolling the truck over, and you don't put lights on top of that because they'll get crushed). Light bars are cheaper, lighter, easier to install, and have tabs for mounting lights.

Have you tried Google? Don't expect to find as many aftermarket accessories for such an old truck as you would have in the late 90s & early 00s. The market caters to vehicles 5-15 years old; not so much to antiques like ours because there are fewer of them still rolling, and even-fewer of those still being used as trucks.

There are almost as many ways to add lights as there are lights. To get the right lights for your truck, you first have to decide what you want to DO with the truck: drive on-road; haul construction materials & build houses; hunt from improved trails; hunt where there are no trails; off-road recreationally on designated improved trails; blaze your own trails; fling mud; knock down trees; plow snow; annoy other drivers & the cops... Each purpose has its own particular lighting requirements, so the lights, where, & how they're installed & wired varies for each one. So far, we don't even know if your truck is 4WD, so we can't really give you advice yet. You have to tell us first, and the best place to start is by putting ALL the truck's details into your signature as described in this caption:
The most-logical first place to "add light" is at the headlights. If they're original, they're probably foggy as hell. Either buy new direct-replacement housings, or upgrade to aftermarket DOT-legal projectors, and put good ~2500~3500K (daylight) bulbs in them (not cheesy purple or green). That may be enough for you.
I blaze trails when I'm not running around town or travelling, so I added lights under my mirrors. It's a location from which they won't get ripped off (as often) by branches, and I can re-aim them from inside the truck depending on terrain. They're also useful for backing trailers or working because I can spin them around or turn them sideways.
