So I think from reading on multiple threads that this is that I have. It makes it mostly when towing, and consistently on the highway when accelerating in O/D. It may be hard to hear in the video because of my tires and exhaust but I think it came out pretty clear. The transmission is brand new and has 8xxx miles on it. The noise has been around before and after this tranny has been on the truck. I have learned to drive around the sound... certain rpms make it worse.
