Default Removing Rusted Bed Bolts

Hey guys, my first post.

I have to replace the rusted out bed on my newly acquired. It is a 1998, 6 1/2' bed, so 6 bolts. They are pretty much rusted in place. Broke 2 T-50 torx sockets after wetting them down with Aero Kroil lubricant.

I have done a couple of searches and have not come up with much. Got any suggestions?

Certainly thought of the cutting torch, unfortunately I don't have one. Tried the sawzall, but must have the wrong blades for what appears to be stainless steel.

Good to see I had the same thoughts. Next step either new blades or an angle grinder

Thanks for all your suggestions, I chose the angle grinder and ground off the six heads in about 30 min. and then knocked the bolts through.

Next question. Anyone know where I can get replacement bolts? Everything on line seems to start at 2004.

Yikes

At that price I think I'd be looking in a salvage yard.
