You may want to read the Forscan thread, discusses both what's built into certain years as well as the usage of the Ford OEM options and enabling them with Forscan.
I've order the Remote Access, which is both an alarm as well as cellular start. On my 2013, remote start is built in and just needs to be activated, but range would need an antenna extension as well as a 4 button key.
