Here goes, did a few more mods. Likely regret writing this, but I think it's done as far as chrome removal and appearance.

Very sharp looking truck.
Some 4x4 decals would take it to another level. Just kidding

John, what color red is your truck? I was going back and forth on FX4 headlights but I definitely like yours with the darker headlights. Although you have a little less chrome on your grill with the painted surround then I do on mine. Also, that first pic with your new running boards I think seals the deal for me. The black boards completely blend into the side of your truck rather than jump out like the chrome did.
Here's mine.
I need to take a new pic from this angle. I have since changed the grill and added the side bed steps. The black running boards would complement the black bed steps nicely.

I think you'll really like those boards on that Ruby Red, it's a beautiful colour, and they'll fit right in with those Raptor wheels. Sometimes subtle changes make a lot of difference.
Let's see some updated photos, sounds like you've been busy.

I'll get some pics tomorrow if it's not raining. Mine is Red Candy, I have a 2012, Ruby Red replaced Red Candy in 2013. I thought those might have been retrofits, they look great. Who did them for you? Retrofits are on my to-do list one day as funds allow.

That Red Candy is what I wanted originally. I bought this truck in August of '12, so I took what I could find. I also wanted the FX4, but my dealer couldn't find one with the equipment I wanted, or the colour. Looking back, I likely should have just ordered a '13, but needing another truck "right now", plus all the incentives, I just took this one.

Race Red!! To be honest I never thought I would buy a red pickup... I actually was planning on getting black or another blue as I was trading my 2011 1 ton in that was two tone blue and gray.... that is till I saw this beauty on the lot!
