I considered the previous covers mentioned and also what my uses would be. I finally settled on the Undercover Elite.

Long answer: You can probably rig something up so that the part that is rolled up is bungee corded to keep it from rolling the rest of the way up towards the cab. The only issue with this, is that you need to snap down the end by the tailgate to lock the cover along the length of the rails. I would guess that even if you bungee the rolled part of the cover down, the closed part of the cover could get some wind under it and jump up a bit, so highway speed probably isn't an option.
I saw people listing this as a drawback when I bought mine, but I can't really think of a specific instance where I'd really need it to be partially rolled.

While I know BAK appears to be a less desirable recommendation on here, I just installed the F1 on my 16 platinum and it looks fantastic. The fit and finish is great and I am hopeful it will hold up.
I had a BAK roll-x on a tundra years ago and it held up well. I just prefer the folding cover look and functionality much better.
While not cheap or had a long time, I'm impressed.
