Default Radio reception

Hi, just bought my first ford truck. 2010 f150 platnium edition. My question is my radio reception is perfect with truck off right before you open door to get out that kills power to it. if you turn key to acc it kills reception. Anybody have any thoughts as to what my problem might be. Thank you

Any aftermarket accessories drawing power? Some can emit frequencies that interfere with your radio. I use bluetooth 99.9% of the time, but with my LED morimoto knockoffs on and the radio on, (and a stubby antenna), I notice some static.

no accessories . radio reception is great in off position . instantly lose it in any other position. Is there a separate power sourse to antenna that is not being fed in run or acc.
