Default Radio/navigation while truck not running

Hi everybody, I've only been on this forum for a couple of weeks. I just purchased a 2017 f150 lariat fx4 501a with pushbutton start. I absolutely love this truck, my question is- is there a way to use the radio/nav without having to crank the truck?

Also, I installed yesterday, my brake controller. It was from reading all the posts that I was able to get it done. Otherwise I wouldn't have felt comfortable tearing panels off a brand new $50,000 truck, lol. Anyway, I have definitely enjoyed reading and learning from you guys. Thanks for the help.

Just push the radio on button. It will play for about 15 minutes. You can also push the start button without putting your foot on the brake to turn on accessories.

The owners manual is your friend.

Just to expand on this, because lots of people don't realize it....your manual is available online for free at Ford.
When I first got my truck, I'd pull it up and look through it.
I found a lot of features I wasn't aware were on my truck.

Thanks guys. I'll definitely have to check out the online manual.
