What is the dry weight of the trailer? Will you be hauling any water in any of the tanks? What class of hitch are you running?

???

I pull the trailer with a ball hitch and the tires are cheep and need to be replaced, I can see cracks in the side walls. The trailer is 3500 lbs dry and I do pull it with water sometimes, so lets say above average about 4000 lbs. I have the highest rated hitch installed on the truck.

Thanks for your response, got kids and wife and want to make it safe.

P rated tires should be fine. Any d or e rated tire requires alot of air pressure typically. And they ride like crap.
