Ive placed a order with this guys for a few parts to install the 2013 headlights in my GT500 a month ago and cant get any type of idea if they have been sent out or not. Ive tried everything to get in contact with this guy who is Tuxedoblack11 on this site all ive been able to get is a response of shipping time is 6-10 days to Canada but he will not let me know if or when my order has been sent out. Ive sent him numerous emails on his website and pm's on here but absoultely nothing what is this guys deal?? Ive seen lots of other posts on various forums of him not responding to his customers its almost like he prides himself on this or just doesnt give two craps. Any other place online you purchase something you get a tracking number or some kind of a response on when its been sent out.

Its really sad it has to come down to this but im gonna have to file a claim with paypal on the matter. Anyone else that decides to buy a product from this site expect to get the same kind of treatment. I dunno if anyone else has experienced this dealing with him Id like to know.

I had to file a claim with Paypal to get my money back, I was in the same situation with that same person, never sent a tracking number or reponse to any of my emails. He didn't reply to Paypal so I got my money back. Good Luck

Yep, he has a pretty bad rep now and has stated his job and family are first. I can get that but then don't take people's money and not fulfill orders.

You could also file a claim with the BBB. Looks like a couple of people have had to go that route already.

I filed my paypal claim got a email that my order will be sent today so I hope to recieve it soon or try to get my money back.

He screwed me around also. He's a FN tool as far as I can tell. I was trying to give him almost $1,500. He should be banned from being a vendor here. It makes me not want to deal with any of them here if they continually get away with this.

Glad I got mine before this snafu came up. I recall he posted on another thread admitting he bit off more than he could chew and vowed to make things right and in the future only take 1 or 2 orders at a time because it's more a sideline job than the one that pays the mortgage.

Whether or not he makes good is yet to be seen. Good luck everyone.
