1 1/2" gain from the 9 inch wheel over the stock 7 1/2" width...you then lose about 1/4" from the 5 1/2" backspacing to the 5.7" this gives a gain of roughly 1 1/4 inches that the wheel will stick out. It does not count the width of the tire . My 9" wheel's have a 5" BS which is a 0 degree offset meaning the hub flange is in the center of the width of the wheel. Yokev's wheel drawing show's this.

Your right but I then have to divide that 1-1/4 by 2 because half of the extra goes in towards my truck and half goes out towards my fender. Right.? All the extra wont b to the outside of the wheel it has to b split to both sides inner and outer right.? So that's why I say 1-1/4 divided by 2 gives me a gain of little over half inch both ways. How will the 18 offset affect my wheel.? I know I'm a little slow. lol. Thx for taking the time to explain.

Those look good on there!! Im trying to fig out exactly what rim tire setup Im wanting still but i dont want mine to stick out to far. It seems like on the new f150s the stock tires stick out flesh with the body which i like but I dont wana get after markets that stick out super far then throw stuff all over my truck because that already a big issues with the stock tires lol. Im hoping to get some that stick out a little that i can get some stock fx4 fender flares with.

Thx Colt, yeah mine have a minimal amount sticking out with this setup approx. 1" or so just enough in my opinion. Like u said don't want anything over the top just enough to give a decent aggressive stance. Sorry kinda crapy pics but u can kinda see.

Thanks for the pic man, thats literally exactly the offset Im wanting on my truck. Those stick out enough for that awesome stance that Im wanting. Did you end up going with a +12 offset?

No problem, I thought they were but I was wrong they are a 5.71 BS with +18 offset. I was worried but they turned our exactly like I wanted. I'm also only running 265/70/17 so keep in mind anything bigger might stick out just a hair more if u get up to the 11.5 or 12.5 tires.
