Default Painted my Ford emblem

Cant get the pic to zoom but you can see it closeup on my profile album...

I wire wheeled it down until it was bare then just used a real thin masking tape.. cut out the letters with a thin razor blade

Yeah you probably could.. But you want to make sure you scuff it up really well or the paint wont stick to it.. As far as cutting the letters out I'd suggest getting a cheap hobby knife or somthing because its alot easier than using just a regular razor blade like I did.

Cool, Im looking at blacking out my side emblems and changing the chrome ring to black on the ovals next weekend to match my new black wheels.
