They all come with a oil cooler from the factory.

okay I have 2015 2.7 and wanted to keep oil cool as best as possible due to the turbos. Did not know if there was an upgraded cool size being used compared to factory?

Concerned about the turbos? If you really want to do good for your turbos, use the best full synthetic oil and change it every 2 to 3 thousand miles.

Ford spent a few million dollars on this so doubtful there is anything aftermarket that is 'better' or actually does anything significant. My wife's new Edge ST has a higher-output version of the F-150 engine so maybe on a more performance-oriented site devoted to those vehicles there might be some discussion.

I thought they might but from what I saw they were kind of small and I see some kits online that are larger and being installed near the radiator.

Your turbos are integrated into the exhaust manifold and they're water cooled.

Oil to water is a lot more efficient than oil to air, so a much smaller cooler is all that is required to achieve the same cooling as an oil to air cooler.

..

Are you sure?

It's been a few years since my 2.7EB but I could have sworn the exhaust manifolds were integral to the heads and the turbo housings attached to the manifolds as opposed to being integral.
