There is no water pumping through my heater core lines. They are not clogged up it will pump through at 3k rpm. Don't know what else to do to it

Sounds like you have air trapped in the cooling system. What year and what engine are we discussing? Assuming it's a Ford truck.

Park the truck as nose high as you can, find a ditch if you have to and back into it (make sure you can get out of it first), run the engine at idle and allow time for the thermostat to open and top off the system with coolant as needed, shouldn't take more than 10 mins or so.

I did that earlyer before I removed the heater core hoses. I figured the tube that runs from the back of the water pump through the valley to heater core would constantly pump water through but there was nothing coming out unless I revved the engine up to at least 2500 rpm

Whats your water temp reading ? Kinda sounds like your impeller is slipping on the shaft if you have to rev it to 2500 to get water flowing.

I would try Rnlcomp's suggestion first , it won't cost you anything and might save you some $$$.
