Default need some adhesive and paint help

Hey all. I plan on cutting out my grill and putting expanded metal in its place on my 95. Just like fordtrucknut did. I can never get a hold of him so ill ask you all. What can i use to attach the expanded metal/seperated steel to the plastic surround??? No bolts or anything because that would be visible and tacky from the front. Unless i run rivets all the way around(might be something to play with there).

And paint. Rattle can. What can i use for all he plastics and grill on he truck??? Preferably match an aftermarket bumper that ill also be painting black, and most likely bedlinig my rocker panels. Thanks everyone.

Now why on earth would someone black out an OBS? I would think you could use fasteners of some kind over glue to hold the mesh grill in

Whats OBS?? Old body style??

But what type of fasteners?? Itll just be the thing grill surround thats left. Its only 1/8" thick.

I was thinking maybe take a wire brush and REALLY rough up the inside, like deeeep scrapes, and jb weld. But thought that might give after a while. Its a grill, so it needs to be able to be washed, and handle pressure.

I think if you jb welded nuts between the uprights of the shell then you could bolt the mesh to it that way
