Default Need help! 2012 3.5 ecoboost stalls and won’t turn over

Need some insight. I have a 2012 f150 3.5 ecoboost. It stalls on me at random times and it won’t start back up for about 10 minutes. I get no codes but every light on the dash pops up. The truck will not crank and everything will work fine except the air or heat blower. When that kicks back on I know it’s ready to start. I’ve brought it to the dealer and they replaced the ignition relay and seemed fine for a couple weeks. Then they replaced the ignition switch and worked for a couple more weeks then stopped. They now say it is my steering column but they told me it’s 1100 dollar job. I researched and people are saying multiple things.

Im assuming youve drilled the weep hole in the side of the intercooler? Maybe fuel system issue. When fuel pumps get weak they tend to start showing it when hot, and then your truck cools down and it cranks back up.

i have not drilled the weep hole. And it doesn’t matter if it’s hot or cold. Sometimes it won’t start when it’s been sitting for hours, hell even 2 days. It just doesn’t start and stalls and random times

Still doesn’t rule out fuel pump. The fact that it isn’t starting at all points even more towards the fuel pump. Assuming airbox and filter are clean and throttle body is opening as it should be. Spark plugs ever been changed?

What does the fabled weep hole have to do with the fuel pump ?

And what does the weep hole or fuel pump have to do with it not cranking? Cranking is the starter engaging the flex-plate and turning the motor over. That's a battery, starter, or connection issue.

fuel pumps deliver fuel to the engine so it can be injected into the engine and using a process called combustion, they create pressure that pushes a piston down, which turns a shaft which in turn does work. I also mention the weep hole because it the excess moisture in the air can cause fouling in the spark plugs therefore contributing to the no start.
