Your answer was in your first post..... Ford won't do anything to them its a sales tactic that goes right to their bottom line.... Would you call Ford if you were uneducated and paid MSRP or more for your truck only to find out you can negotiate?
Some quick internet searches showed how these are profit makers for the service dept
