That code is related to the DPFE sensor with low voltage.

from Wikianswers: "Dpfe sensor is the delta (differential) pressure feedback egr (exhaust gas recirculation) it monitors the pressure on the egr valve to make sure it is working."

I am not sure where this sensor is located, one of the mechanics here should be able to let you know where to look. I think you can buy them from the local auto parts store.

I can not get the service engine light to stay off in my 2003 F150, 4.6.
I have changed the EGR valve, EGR sensor, and the DPFE sensor.

Any ideas?

1) HINT/TIP: You'll find posting in the
Late Model F150s > 1997 - 2003 Ford F150
section more helpful/appropriate than General F150 Discussion posts.
.

2) HINT/TIP: Will need to provide the DTC(s) (Diagnostic Trouble Code). *Can be obtained from /////AutoZone
.

Given that you've "changed the EGR valve, EGR sensor, and the DPFE sensor", the throttle body and/or adapter may be coked and needs to be cleaned.
