Found this truck a hour from my house, standard cab with 5.0, 3.73 gears, 4by4 with 23,800 original miles. A older gentleman bought this truck new and traded it in. After a thorough inspection and a fun test drive this is a very very clean truck. Now the best part I got em down to 19,400 before tax and tags, needles to say very happy. Just waiting for the title to be sent back to the dealer and finalize the paper work so hopefully this Saturday I can drive it home My 07 XLT super-cab will be a spare truck for the time being , old girl still runs great.
The 5.0 with the 3.73 gears is going to make that regular cab truck fast and responsive!
I got on it pulling out of the dealership for the test drive and had to let off, it broke the tires loose instantly. Can’t wait to get her home. I see a 5 star tune in the near future.
I would call it a regular cab short bed also because it has the 6'5" bed. The 8' bed is the long bed and does come on regular cabs. I know the 5'5" is shorter, but it's mainly on the supercrews.
