Never, ever heard of anyone being pulled over for driving 3 over. In fact here in GA it is against the law to write a ticket unless you are 10+ over the limit with some exceptions. School or construction zones can be enforced more strictly.

Most vehicles I've ever owned were +/- about 3 mph compared to the GPS. That is normal. As your tires wear down from new the smaller diameter can cause the odometer and speedometer to change as much as 5-7% with any vehicle. Nothing Ford or anyone can do about that.

OK, so in your initial post you state 'speedometer reading faster than actual speed'. That would mean if it says 75 you are going less than 75...farther down you say the opposite. Based on the tickets, I suspect you mean that the speedometer reads slower than actual speed.

If, at 75mph, you are going 78mph and it seems to be off by more the faster you go, it sounds like the truck has a different size tire than the truck thinks it has. If that is not the case, have them verify that the gears are correct. Unfortunately, I do not believe they can change tire size anymore so the solution would be to put tires on that match what the truck thinks it has (or do what hundreds of people do when they change tire size and adjust your speed mentally in your head).

Other than that, what marshallr said above. I've never had a vehicle that was dead nuts accurate either although most of mine have read a little faster than I was going (thus making it less likely that I would receive a ticket).

That is a lot of problems but the computer should be showing error codes and since its not and the issues seem to be everywhere than maybe it is the every where device...the computer itself. Or it could be a loose computer connection which seems fine when not moving but bounces while driving.

I had a friend with all sorts of problems like yours and it took the dealer forever to locate the problem....a water leak from the windshield going in behind the fuse panel.

Maybe check the AC drain plug to see if water is backing up and dripping on the computer(I have no idea how you check this). I had an Excursion which blew O2 sensors like crazy because of exactly this.

I hate to say it but my previous truck was a Chev diesel which seemed solid until 3 months later when it blew both head gaskets and needed a full set of injectors.....$15,000 Canadian to repair. Considering purchase price, repairs and what I got on trade I ate the full $15,000 and bought a new F150 which has been spectacular.

Sometimes you have to admit defeat so if you can, trade it for new and eat the difference and do it BEFORE the truck racks up a whole pile of service records.

About the speed I have a Canadian XTR in the US as well
You have a Canadian XTR so the speedometer was the KMH

To fix the odometer issue they just change the setting and it will swap to Kilometers. If you disconnect your battery I would bet your truck defaults to French/kilometers like mine does

How they fix the indicated speed is they overlay the speedometer.
They put a MPH overlay where the KMH would be
Issue is the scaling in wrong .. KMH goes the 200.. MPH goes to 120
That is 4mph off at the end
So if you are doing 75 indicated.. you are really doing 78-79

It is a "shock" sensor
If you kick the running board it will probably go off..
Its really only there if someone smashed a window..
You want it so you do not have false alarms (thunder, loud cars) but you want it so you can rock the car... Not going to happen

It needs to hit the bottom to go off
If you rock it you get nothing
If you shock it you get a pulse

I learned of this yesterday. I was under the impression that it would go off if someone climbed in the bed to steal something. However, I have pounded on the windows, doors, running boards, hood, etc., and the alarm still won't sound. I will be checking the sensitivity **** tomorrow.

For whatever reason, the Admin have it so that you can only edit the original post a few times, so I wasn't able to go back and explain this more clearly in the original post.

Posted speed limit was 70. I was taking advantage of the usual 5 mph leeway, which would have put me at 75, according to the speedometer. However, at 75 mph according to the speedometer, the truck is actually going 78. So, I was going 8 mph over the speed limit.

Man I seriously hope this all gets worked out. At least you now have an answer to the mph thing and wont observe the 5 mph leeway. Dial back that sensitivity on the alarm. Then I would do a relearn process if there is one on the 2015. At least unplug the battery for and hour, turn on your headlights and let the system drain. See if that helps your transmission shifting issue. Above all, find another dealer that will work with you. Every issue should be fixed since its under warranty. Good luck man.

Sorry for your troubles. Not that this is the case, but I question a year old model with low miles sitting on a dealer lot. I admire Audi's and saw a gorgeous 2016 A6 on a VW used lot, priced a little high but with some dickering, I'm sure it could be had at a decent price. But why was it there instead of an Audi lot where it could be 'certified'. My guess is it doesn't meet Audi's 'certified' guidelines. Unless it's a demo or 'certified' preowned at a dealer of the same brand being sold, I wouldn't touch it. Maybe someone didn't like it and traded for something else, but it could also be a repo from someone who didn't take care of it, abused it, etc. It could be a 'lemon' that someone didn't want to deal with and traded it before the vehicle became 'stigmatized' with a maintenance history. Carfax is helpful but doesn't show everything.
