Anyone know if you can easily convert a 2018 front end to look like a 2017? I like that look better.

Easily, no. But anything is possible with $$$$$$$ and lots of it. The headlights, grille, headlight trim body panels, and bumper are all different. If it’s a sport Appearance the bumper by the time it’s painted because they are primed Black is a $650.

Hood, 1/4 panels back it’s close if not the same. But appearance wise you are talking $2-3k in Ford parts to change the front end

The cheapest way would be to find someone with a 2015-2017 that wants to swap front ends.
