"haters need hate and someone to blame"

^^At least this part^^ sums up, in a nutshell the reason why most of the single digit posters join some of these forums.

Actually we have a lot of single digit posters because we added a mod to the desktop site that allows an unregistered user quick and easy account setup via a pop up box in the corner. They post many things for many different reasons.

Yeah, I should have added the part where most of the low digit posters I`m talking about, start off with something on the order of My (pick one) Ford/truck/Ecoboost/transmission/aluminum body, etc. etc. etc. is a piece of crap & I`ll never buy another one. Instead of joining to say Hi & become an actual contributing/helpful member. In other words they join just to bash Ford or a forum vendor. They put up a few posts just to rile up folks & then just disappear.

That's nothing new, it's been going on for the whole time I've been here.

A shutter issue? Were his shutters closing prematurely? or did you intend to type a "shudder" issue... c'mon, people in charge of tuning stuff: Get the terminology correct. I would imagine that writing tunes requires keen attention to detail.

Really builds the confidence, doesn't it. Maybe he meant stutter? Mine stuttered(my 2014) when I put a 5* tune in, and found it was due to two things, plug gap and gearing. It would stutter going up a slight grade in 6th lockup. With 3.15 gears the engine RPM was under 1500 RPM, the threshold for torque boosting, and with the plug gaps being larger than .030, it all added up. It sure didn't shutter, but it did stutter. It didn't shudder either. Thats something completely different.

I had a failure running my Unleashed 87 octane tune, I didn't run off and blame the tuner. I found out what the cause was after I had my motor replaced, the check engine light came on for a bad driver side catalytic converter. They replaced it and I swapped tuners only because I wasn't happy with the tunes I had before hand. If you're on Facebook we have a lot of knowledgeable people in the group that can help diagnose issues, but you just ignoring a on going issue is your own fault plain and simple. If you need help PM and I can help in any way I can.

Just a heads up we are working with the original poster to try and get to the bottom of his issue. Will keep the thread updated with the outcome be it good or bad.

I had two issues with my ssi tune. First time i loaded it it worked fine, went to load another tune and had no throttle what so ever. The tuner said it was sct fault and to call them. Called them said it was the tunes fault

So I had to fill out one of those stupid ticket things, and like a week later i finally got a working tune. Drove it for two days and all of a sudden it went into limp mode. Had to put it back to stock on side of highway to get it home.

Loaded the tune back in and it was surging bad. Didn't even want to go through the headache again so i just put a 5 star tune in, no problems for 3 months.
