Hey everyone, I am just wondering if it is possible to have the multi-CD housing/player and add a touchscreen. I want internal GPS in the truck and not have to use my phone, though if I have to use Apple CarPlay for GPS, that also works.

2012 F-150 Lariat factory has a multi-CD player and standard FM/AM radio with Bluetooth

If it matters: Heated and cooled seats, automatic A/C and remote start

Not aware of any modern double din touchscreen units that would allow use of the stock multi-CD housing unit. You could always convert those CDs to FLAC or other lossless format and throw them into a tiny flash drive and store way more music than the multi-CD housing. Grab a navigation double din unit from Alpine or Kenwood or Pioneer perhaps.

If it were me, I'd grab a media unit, no CD, and use my phone with Google Maps. It will get update more often than the navigation units probably. Wireless AA or ACP.
