Default Brake pads and rotor question from a newbie

Good morning,

I am looking to replace the brakes and rotors on my F-150 for the first time since I bought it last year.

Based upon other posts there seems to be a wide range of opinions for brakes and rotors people recommend. However, I would like the opinions of a particular company: UrbanAutoParts and whether it makes sense to purchase rotor/pad kits from them (See attached link).

The vehicle is my daily driver: no off-roading, no hauling boats, no upgrades to the 2001 4x4 F-150 Lariat, 4 door that it came with.

So what are the opinions of purchasing this kit?

Thanks for your advice.

"For Rotors, we offer a 365-days warranty against cracking and 45-days warranty against warping and/or manufacturer defects"

45 days against warping or defects.....I wouldn't buy them.

Check out PowerStop on RockAuto man. They have rotor and pad packages that are hard to beat. I've had great luck with them on several different cars, 370Z and Corvette. Great price, durable, and very low dust.

Rotors - Centric Premium

Pads OEM Replacement - EBC Ultimax2
Pads Low Dust - Akebono Performance Ultra Premium Ceramic
Pads Towing - EBC ExtraDuty

Those rotors are very good for the price. They are extremely popular with the Open Track Guys. When brakes are a disposable you learn what works and wont break you.

These are the best bang for the buck in each application in my opinion.

Those are hands down the best towing brakes but they are expensive. They easily last twice as long, bite harder and stand higher temps. You will need new rotors when they wear out though.
