Default Mods That You Regret

This has probably been asked, but I did not find it in search.. What mods have you done & then regretted doing it? In my case, I spent over $400 for the Kicker soundstage setup in my `14 STX, & really did not think it was that much of an improvement over the stock system. So far on my `17 XLT, I haven`t had it long enough to do any mods to be sorry for.

WoW!, well umm errr, I could see where that could be a regrettable mod.

Default Visors

In-channel window visors on my last two vehicles. Always have some level of closing issues and lots of window scratches.

Same. They worked flawlessly on my '06. But there was no way I could get the in-channels to work on my '16. Gave up and ended up tossing them as I couldn't return them. I don't like the stick on ones, so none it is. The low profile ones that have been mentioned look pretty nice, but I really hate stick-ons.

Roush exhaust. Nothing but over the top noise, and drone. I thought since Roush knows Mustangs so well, that it should work on my truck. I fell for the advertisements as well that said,"NO" drone. It was so bad, I called Roush and even stopped at the speed shop. The guy I talked to on the phone said they never had a complaint about drone. OK, must be my imagination.
Tried a few things to make it livable, but didn't happen. I now run a Borla.

Same here, except it was on the truck when I bought it 2 months ago. Cackle and drone. It sucked. I like the dual chrome tips out the back, so I kept the basic system but put a 3" OEM style muffler in place of what it had.

BFGoodrich KO2. I do not recommend these tires on an aluminum body truck.

ON EDIT: I have run 17" BFG before on another truck without any issues. The higher profile (70 or 75) makes a huge difference. The 20" version is horrible in my opinion. I did a courtesy swap from Yokohama Geolandar G105 (Load E 285/55R20) back to BFG 275/60R20 (Load D). I though the higher profile and lower load rating would improve the ride. The Geolandar rode great except for a bed bounce on segmented pavement at highway speeds. I drive back and forth to the airport often. The BFG is horrible compared to the Geolandar. The sidewall is too stiff creating a harsh ride. I tow occasionally which was not fun on P rated tires. They had too much sidewall flex which prompted the switch to LT.
