Default MAP sensor CEL after intake Manifold replacement

Good morning,
I had to change out the upper intake manifold on my 2007 STX F150 4X4. It cracked at the T-stat housing. Anyway, after it was all said and done, it triggered the CEL the code it is throwing is P0106 Absolute manifold pressure sensor. I have changed out the EGR twice, can't imagine I would have 2 bad in a row. Also found that the passenger side exhaust pipe coming from the engine to the catalytic converter is separated, right at the catalyst . Could this be causing the CEL for this code? I really don't want to tear down the upper portion of the engine if I don't have too? Thanks in advance.

have you replaced the sensor ? The most common cause is a intake leak or hose leak.. check vacuum hose also.

I can't find anything that shows me where it is? I thought it was tied into the EGR, and I replaced that twice. I cannot find a parts breakdown showing a MAP sensor anywhere on this engine? I am stuck?

2007 4.6 does not have a MAP sensor it has a MAF sensor (unless they switched back between 04-07). Huge difference.

Could you be mistaken about the code given?

I can find the map sensor on google, but it shows it tied into the EGR. What am I missing?

I am dead on with the code it is showing. I have been trying to diagnose it for 3 months. I will check the vacuum lines and see if I missed anything. But, it clearly states Manifold absolute Pressure Barometric Pressure sensor.

No vacuum leaks are detected. The exhaust line from the header to the catalytic converter is broken and leaking just before the catalytic converter. Can this cause the DTC code P0106?
