Low beams dead

Low beams dead
I need some help. 2017 F150 XT 5.0 Last week my low beams went dead. I went to dinner in the light, came out in the dark and started to drive when I realized my lights were not on. Messed with the dial and no change. I had to use my high beams to get home. SO I have aftermarket Anzo headlights with H7 Morimoto Elite kit with an anti-flicker capacitor. I call Morimoto and they tell me to test the ballast. I get 12 volts from the ballast, so all seems to be working there? I test the OEM input plug and I can't get any voltage. I can't find a fuse for the headlights and my research says its part of the body control module fuses??? Any suggestions? I'm lost.... Everything else works fine, high beams, signals, trim park light, just the low beams.
