Loggerhead

I have a Magnaflow and I love the tone. Nice low rumble but not obnoxious. Removed the resonator. It has a little resonation at around 60 mph. Still love it though.

Yeah same with me, I want the deep rumble but what i meant by loud is that it's loud enough that you can hear me coming from a couple blocks away but without the crackling.

I had a flowmaster 10 series on my 5.0 for a few weeks. it fefinitely could be heard from up the street when I got on it. but it also had the typical crackles and pops of a flowmaster.
I still say if you want low rumblous bassy sounding exhaust, look at spintech.

I've ran magnaflows before (only the mufflers)

Great sound, smooth low rumble. Sounded amazing, not too loud, raspy, or blaring at all.

Thanks for all the advice. I've been looking around and think I'm going to get a SpinTech 9000 or 6000, haven't made up my mind on that yet.

I went with this Magnaflow cat back system (5.4 here) and its loud....It sounds great, nice and deep but.....I'm not 18 anymore sometimes its a bit much..

It dumps in front of the axel on the passenger side....Not sure if it fits a 4.6 or not but I'm sure a good muffler shop could make it all good..
