You could get lucky and find all those parts at a junkyard for about 500 bucks.

Ebay has everything, bumper $233, filler panel $125, fender $120, Headlight $80-$100. If you pick it up for under $12000.00 Its a deal. If it has a clear title (not recontructed) it may be worth more. I would go more than $15000 on it either way. I picked up a 2010 Nissan Sentra over the summer and have way less than $10000.00 in it. Good deal if you can turn a wrench. Good luck
