Default Light upgrades

Hello all! I am new here on the forum and it seems to have a lot of knowledgable members. I just got my 2021 STX 4x4 truck last month. I couldn't justify getting all of the bells as whistles, but that doesn't mean I want it stock either. I am slowly turning it into an all black truck right down to the badging. I just have a couple questions to throw out that maybe someone can answer for me.
1. In order to upgrade the light from halogen to led, do I have to replace the whole housing and all or can I just swap out the halogen with led bulbs? I will be doing front and back. I would love to go with the ford oem, but I want them smoked and the oem ones are over $1k.
2. I understand that it is a new model year truck, but I don't understand why all dealerships aren't on the same page with parts. I went to my local dealer to get a tailgate assist part. They told me that they did not get them in yet. I contacted a ford dealer in ohio and they have them in stock.
3. I am on the fence about swapping the air intake. Some say that k&n work, but others say that it doesn't improve everything. I am after a little better mpg than horsepower. Has anyone with a 2021 replaced the entire air intake with any manufacture, not just k&n?
4. Has anyone swapped out their blue oval for the subdued black and gray front and rear emblems?

I am not trying to turn this into a higher model. I just want it all black. Does anyone else have any suggestions?
Thank you all. Hopefully I can pick up some help here and a learn a little.
