Question Lifts/Wheels/Tires

Hi,

I just purchased a 2018 f150 with the 5.0 it has 36k miles and I want to get a lift put on it. It’s my Daily driver so I’m still deciding between 6 and 4 inch lift. My gear ratio is 3.55 so I’m curious if anyone knows what tire size I can run before I need to regear. The wheels im getting are -18 offset. I want this truck to last me a long time at least 150k miles. Curious to see if I can run 35s or just do 33s, I’m wanting to do at least 33s without having to regear. Any help is very appreciated thank you.

I'm doing 33's with 3.31 gearing and a 6-sp in a 3.5eco. Unless you plan to tow near max, you'll be fine. If you want to do 35's, though, definitely bump the ratio.

Default Trying to learn/figure this out

Looking for some knowledge on this as I've seen many different things, I have a 2019 5.0L with a 6" lift on 35 12.5s 20r I just bought it a month ago and I found out later it had the stock 3.31 ratio and after this month of driving it feels like it has alot of resistance in my power and feels like the truck is straining in some way (hope this makes sense) only starting to learn that the 3.31 might be the problem, any insight to this or what gear ratio should be ran with this... ps.. I'm also wanting to put 37's on this after I figure out what will work best for them. Thanks for any help

ps. ps. I will be towing the occasional heavy load
