Default Lifting a 2x4

I have a 2012 4door xlt 5.0 2 wheel drive. I would like to put the 3 in front blocks for the suspension.level the truck up and lift the front. I found a set of 18 with 285 70 18. My question is will this work on my truck

2x4 is a plank of wood and a 4x2 is a 2wd drive truck lol jk. The "front blocks" is accutually called a level kit and there spacers for the coil over assembly and yes it's is possible and I'm accutually wait to get mine for my 08 screw 2wd so I can so the front end off its face and put 33s on it and they look very good this way
