With the Quick Jacks, do you drive over them, slide them under each side, or is either way possible?

If you can drive over them, how bad would it be to leave them in place and just drive over them each time to park?

This pretty much sold me on them.

.

Pretty sure it'll hold your trailer.

I slide them over on top of each other in a corner of my garage when not in use then set them on each side of the vehicle already parked where I'm to work on it. Two independent lifts actually with a central hydraulic control unit.

I suppose you could just roll over them but wouldn't recommend it for product longevity.

They do have wheels on one end to move them around with but those seem to be the only complaint I can find as they are a bit too small and tend to bind. I like that they can hang on the wall and out of the way. I found there is an extension kit which would also double up the frame strength towards the center where the axles weight would be at. Will need to measure the axle spread to know where they would be sitting, and I happen to have some 1" thick rubber blocks that will work perfect for putting between the rails and the axles.

20,000 pounds, yeah, they are strong!

I thought about getting those hanging brackets then I remembered what one of these lifts weigh. Eff that!!! Easy to pick up one end and drag it where ya need it but lifting the whole thing off the ground while possible even at my age. I'd rather not. You'll see what I mean when you get them. They stack nicely and take up very little room on the garage floor.

For right now I just slid them apart one on each side of the garage so next time all I have to do is slide them under and connect the pump/lines.

Incentive to clean my garage maybe? I found out last night that they will be delivered next Monday, more than a week earlier than what they said.

Got my first chance to use them today. Of course put them under the car backwards, left on right, right on left and had to pull them out and swap them, but once I got them under the right way, they picked the Grand Marquis right up off the floor even though the back was nearly on the axle with barely enough room for the short rubber block.

Nice and stable too! Thanks @Rnlcomp

Nice! How hard are they to move around?

Not too hard, they come with a handle that slips over the frame for sliding it under, but they weigh 100+ each so picking them up is not easy. There are two tiny wheels on one end, so lift the opposite end and wheel them in place. The most difficult part is getting the hydraulic line under the car to the opposite side from where the pump is since the hose has a curve set to it, but for under a truck, easy peasy.

Well, having used them now for the Grand Marquis and my wife's 15 Focus. These things are great! Could be 6" higher for me only because of my lower back, but I did all four wheels Saturday, pulled the tires, replaced the brakes, all while sitting on my mechanics stool. I just rolled all around the car on that stool and got the job done. It is also high enough that I can easily get under it on a creeper and change the oil and inspect the car. When I had the Merc on them, the car does not budge! Great suggestion @RLXXI <changed your ID?

Now to find a better creeper, mine has seen better times and the wheels are falling apart.
