From my own experience...yes you will lose mpg with this much of a level...looks to be 2.5 - 3 inch up front?
I would have said expect at least 2-3 mpg but not surprised its 4.

Usually a good sized level with some bigger LT tires will eat 4 mpg off.

You're different tire size means you're speedometer and odometer are both off by about 5%. If your speedometer says 60, you're actually doing about 63. Not enough that I'd worry too much about. But it also means your odometer is off, and that fuel mileage is off some too. If your odometer says you drove 200 miles,you really drove about 210. The good news, if you take that into account you're getting a little better fuel mileage than you think. Probably no more than about 1 more MPG.

10mm wider is less than 1/2", by the way.
