I've got one, it's called the bed or box on my truck.
Then there are receiver covers like some have posted, and then there are ball covers. That's what we call splitting hairs but technically correct LOL.

Or this tie fighter is oddly cool lol.
Around here I don't see a ton of covers but it's 50/50 hitch covers and ball covers. The bass is the most common I see.

I do like that Tie fighter, one up it and put LED lights in where the lasers are and connect to the brakes.That makes a great receiver plug!

It's not a cover but I keep this in my reciever.
