The outside of black circle looks rough and some of the white goes onto one of the bolt looking things. Maybe it's because it was taken literally right after you sprayed? Or that piece is more challenging than it looks?

oh ya I agree with that,
I thought you actually meant the star itself. That outer edge part was challenging to do, I think if I did it over again I would have a cleaner edge but I don't care enough too as it won't be that noticeable lol. The white part that was going on the bolt was taken care of👍. Thanks for the feedback

Did mine back in the spring. Warning! Plasti dip leads to wanting new wheels, bigger tires and leveling kit. Ordering this week.

Have you thought about doing the rims? I have the exact same ride, but work a white/tan configuration. I was thinking about dipping the tan part to be black or a dark gunmetal gray or something and then dipping the rims a black color but leaving a hint of metal around the center line of the wheel. (hard to explain, I know). Have you liked it so far?

The rig looks nice, I have to say.

Thanks bud. Go check out my build thread if you want to know what it looks like with black plastidipped wheels. In my opion, they are awful. I also like the look that the King Ranches offer having two tone with tan as the secondary. Bu to each their own.

What color did you use? Is that a grey color of some kind or matte black? Looks good.

Since his truck is black and its cloudy, I am guessing its the anthracite grey. Just looks darker than normal due to it being overcast. I am torn on my wheels being black or anthracite. I have a local place that has anthracite for $12 a can.

Cool, thanks. I'll have to take a look. I'm on the fence about it, but I like how plasti dip let's you rip it off of you're not satisfied. I don't hate the gold/tan but would like to tone it down. I don't know...

Quick question: what color did you use on the bottom of your truck? It looks kind of like that anthracite gray, but I'm not sure. It is just the dark gray color with some gloss on it. I got this 2006 King Ranch, which is in the white/tan color scheme. It's fine, I guess, but I'd like you to look a bit more address. I don't want to get too crazy with it, I just want to change out all the parts that are tan (or perhaps they are beige) and replace it with a dark color. Initially, I was going with black as the lead candidate for the color, but the more I think about it, the more I think the dark gray look much better.

Attached is a crappy picture of the truck. Let me know you guys think. (It was taken with a phone)
