Today I discovered that 303 is one of the best things you can wipe down Plastidip with. It acts like a wax. Reduces the tackiness, blackens it and will make dust bounce instead of stick to it.
I tried 303 on both glossified and non-glossified PD and it does wonders to both but works even better on glossified PD. It makes it really smooth and its water based so no risk of deteriorating the PD.

303 is also great for tonneau covers. It's #1 in the marine world for vinyl.

I don't like the black wheels on that white truck.
In my experience old people don't like the black on white look.

Just FYI DYC just sells plasti-dip, they don't actually make the stuff. It is made by Performix.

Looks good BTW, my first two coats on my wheels were gunmetal, as I have too many cans of gunmetal. I was tempted to finish them in gun metal...

LOL! What are you saying? And what is old?

I typically don't like black wheels on any color. They blend with the tire and look like a "black hole". But on that black truck they look good. I think it might be the white letter tires. They break up the "black hole" effect. White letter might help the white truck too. That's funny because I don't normally like white letter tires either. To each their own. That's what matters.

My truck has chrome that I don't care for but as of yet I haven't quite been able to get myself to cut loose with the PD. I'm afraid it will look tacky (AKA: Ghetto). I know it can be peeled off but I'm also afraid that will be a PITA. I'd like to see some in person but haven't had the opportunity as I live in a ........

wait for it .......

middle class neighborhood and not the ..... you know where. .....

What wheels do you have?

Maybe I'll trade as I don't like my chrome wheels.
