Ok I'm new to this site and if I'm posting this on wrong page I'm sorry and please move to the right spot. I just purchased a 2013 F 150 Lariat 4 door. For some reason the back doors will not lock with key fob or door lock button. The front locks will lock with key fob or door lock. I tried to lock it manually and the locks won't go down even with force. Have I missed something on lock my new doors?

No can't hear it do anything it like it not trying to close or open.

You can't push the door buttons down manually? Sounds like the actuators are frozen or they are locked out via the child safety feature, open the door and see if you see a place on the door to insert your ignition key.

I have something similar but it is the drivers door. The passenger door will lock/unlock with button or key fob but drivers door will not. Why?
