Not a fan of those.. level it up with some bigger tires , IMO

First thing I would do would be to get rid of the rust - sand and repaint. Then giver her a good wax to get the paint looking good again. Then, as my good friend told me when I got my first truck, the biggest upgrade someone can do as far as looks are concerned are wheels and tires, because they make such a big difference. And after I bought my first set, I totally agree. Level the truck out and get some good wheels and tires on there and it would look a lot better. And stay away from the "cheap" upgrades, such as the stuff at WalMart and AutoZone. Those are cheap because they look cheap, and don't ever help any vehicle look "nicer".

No offense, but that truck is rotting away with rust. The first place to start to make it look better is body work, which ain't cheap. I wouldn't spend any money on that truck other than general maintenance. I would sock any extra money away and buy a nicer truck later down the road.

Yep. A proper paint job is going to cost more than the truck is worth. Depends how much it means to you but that's the best way to make it look good. I like the rake and don't get the leveling thing but it's a matter of taste.

... put a Deadhead sticker on the back window and drive the hell out of it ... YMMV
