TSB's (Technical Service Bulletin) do not have to be safety related.
Also as for the OP's issue, He has modified the truck from how it was designed, built and shipped from the factory. Any issue related to his modification such as the t-case rear extension housing seal leaking because the drive shaft is now too short is not Fords issue nor responsibility to provide a repair under warranty. (I am not saying the OP was looking for warranty)
