I have a 2013 Platinum with the MFT/Sync2. I was searching the google last night trying to see what was up with my ambient lighting resetting like every week and I saw that the latest version of MFT is 3.10 but when I go to syncmyride.com it says I am on the latest version with 3.6. Has anyone - either from the dealer or on their own - installed a version newer than 3.6?

?? Syncmyride shows my no nav Sync2/MFT 13 Lariat "up to date" as of it's build date 2/13/13.

Thats what it shows me too. Up to date as of it's build date with version 3.6 even though they have released a few versions since then. I think either it's not an update they want us doing on our own or it doesn't work with our trucks.

I'm trying to find out if anyone has a newer version working or if we're stuck with 3.6

i've had this truck new since late 2013 and i believe only 1 update was sent out but they quickly realized there was an issue. i believe they reversed that update and there hasn't been one since.

I haven't seen an update since Aug 2013, and that was v3.6.

You can update Sync all you want, but it wont correct the Ambient lighting. Thats a BCM update that the dealer needs to do. There are TSB's out for this exact issue.
