Lack of mods for 3.3L V6
Recently purchased a 2018 Ford F-150 XLT 3.3L V6. This particular engine choice has very few options mod wise, which is a shame because it is the one that most needs something. The only cold air intake I can find is “AFE: Magnum force”. Other brands that I’ve actually heard of don’t make one. Air Raid, Roush, K&N pretty much only cater to the V8 and EcoBoost. K&N does make a drop in Oil Filter. So that would probably be the way to go. Anyone else bummed out about the lack of choices here?

Don't waste coin on a CAI, your truck came with one from the factory. Good luck on the rest.

Least popular engine. Less likely to be on a consumer vehicle, most in fleet. Not likely to be owned by buyers who are willing to drop lots of money on mods.
Makes sense.
Also NA vehicles require a lot of time and money to get a lot of performance. Whereas the Ecoboost requires $450 and 10 minutes.

For the money you'd spend and the gains you'd get, you'd have been better off getting a better motor from the outset. Especially with XLT trim.
Anyway, it's not a bad engine. The transmission is really holding it back. Maybe get a tune to reprogram the transmission logic better? It could definitely, definitely use that.

Funny you mention the 3.3L V6 is usually a fleet vehicle, as mine was before I purchased. That’s one reason why I got a great deal on the truck with low miles. Probably the only way to get a crew cab XLT almost-new for that price. EcoBoost or V8 would’ve put me over the $30,000 mark.
I guess i bring bring up the mods because it is a bit sluggish and I’m at about 18.5 MPG. I was hoping a CAI and tonneau cover combination might put a little pep in the step while getting me closer to the 20 MPG mark. I would’ve loved the EcoBoost or V8 with 10 speed, but unfortunately was outside of my budget.

An engine tune using a global ignition advance can help, but you'll be confined to using 91/93 octane gas. Since the PCM/engine "determines" octane via the knock sensor the best performance will come when the knock sensor retards ignition timing the least and allows for the best ignition timing advance for the engine's load.
Regearing is the best bang for the buck performance mod. 3.73 and 4.10 ratios suit the high revving NA Cyclones well

Also need to remember is the 3.3L is a relatively new engine.
If you're thinking a different CAI is going to help with power or gas mileage, prepare to be disappointed.
