Just replaced hub still have noise

04 crew cab. Sort of a humming from driver front that increases and decreases with speed. Hub assembly was rusted anyway and pads were bad so not a total loss. But noise is still there. Any ideas?

yes and they didnt seem bad but there was old dirty grease in hub and on bearings. Not sure where it all came from.
