Ok so I put 1000 miles on the truck after adding Kreen to the oil. I just changed it today and it didn't look to bad but it had a little red tint to it. When I looked into the oil fill it was clean as could be along with the dipstick. I'm sold on this cleaner but I must say I do change my oil every 3500 miles or sooner so the motor was clean for having 175000+ on it. I plan on using it every 4 or 5 changes from now on.

Thanks for the update 
Kano Labs really knows what they're doing when it comes to petroleum hydrocarbons. Kreen looks to be another quality product from them.
Gives me another reason to advise against using naphtha solvents for sludge.
