Default Emergency need help immediately.

I purchased my F-150XL 5.0 about a month ago. Decided to take my son and Two friends to the lake for the weekend before school starts.
Okay so I get to the lake I drove the truck down no issues no problems and parked down a dirt road at the bottom of the lake with the tail down front end going uphill. I shut off the truck to wash out the dog cage 3 minutes later it won't start it turns over fine but it feels like it's not getting gas or not getting spark at the moment I'm stuck out in the woods not sure what to do with it. The only thing I have done is pull the battery cable for a minute and put it back on in case it was electrical. I wanted to reset everything. But that did not work. Very frustrated Any suggestions?

Sounds like your low on fuel, the fuel pump is mounted in the middle of the tank and when the fuel level is low enough, any incline can cause a no start. Push the truck if you can to a level surface.

Thanks for the reply but not low on fuel I have at least three quarters of a tank. I also have a 36 gallon tank and there is absolutely no possible way I will be pushing it anywhere I would definitely have to be towed out.

Well I'm staying at a trailer on the lake so we do have a place to sleep and stuff tonight but I'm two and a half hours away from the house so I can't exactly get somebody here quick just thought somebody might have some mechanical ideas of what mite be going on.

Check fuse 27 (fuel pump) in main box under hood.

No one here has a crystal ball. Anyone's guess is as good as your own. The way you described being parked is what sparked my original reply as it has been known to happen.

Sleep tight and try again in the am.

Cranks and cranks but no start...sounds like fuel pump driver module.

Isn't there a reset button for that? I think on my '07 it is on the passenger side foot-well next to the fuse panel. That would certainly cause a no-start.

Maybe check your manual to get the exact location of the FPDM and give it a push to reset.
