Almost too many variables to compare insurance rates. Age, driving record, LOCATION, vehicle etc.

I pay $101 a month for '10 camaro ss or my '01 t/a ws6, '11 f150, '11 chevy cruze. (I only put comp on which ever toy car I'm not driving)

I'm 33.

right they are to many variable to compare.
Age, Sex, credit, history, drivers # & ages, mutlipolicy(cars/house/life), coverage limits for comp/liab., deduct., vehicle(year, new/used), rental car, location car use/storage, aftermarket item coverage,
plus the options that are in your car/truck. One example :Trailer brake controls that $250 option can swing your insurance $50-$120 in your favor per policy period.

plus each insurance company themselves are different, rate keep different.
Go out there and get qoutes, get five quotes you tell them what you want and compare. apples to apples from the insurance companies, not on a forum.
Good companies, Allstate, Liberty, progressive, State Farm, ERIE. take an hour and compare rates, plus talking to a broker instead of a interent quote is usually better.

My insurance at a young age was very cheap, but I drove a 1983 Ford Ranger.

It all depends on your age, driving record, full coverage or liability. Here in Illinois, you pay more for a 4X4 because of all the stupid things people have done with them. Since you aren't talking about a sports car, it might not be too bad, but if it is a new truck, it might be pricey.

My insurance went down when I got a newer more expensive truck due to all the added safety features I assume, I was amazed, lol! 30K 2008 sport trac was more than my 50k 2010 f150!
