I'm reinstalling my 5.4 and I ran into a weird steel line. Where does this go?

Notice the three little factory holes?
Ok here is the weird line. Anyone know where it goes?
2006 Roush 5.4 #V non intercooled supercharged with a 4r75w

Would it be a power steering lines that runs across the front cross member.

Kind of hard to tell what it could be for, without knowing what truck it is going into. It does look like a power steering or trans cooler line to me.

Yep, 5.4 means any year from 97-10 if its a F-Series......
