If I want to prevent truck theft, what you think of removing a fuse?

I had an old 95' GMC 2500 Longbed. Loved that truck. Thieves came in one night, towed it, stripped everything, engine/trans/hell they even stole the bulb on the dome light. Then they dumped it near the airport 40 miles away from me.
If only i pulled a fuse.....

If your truck is going to get stolen...it's just going to get stolen.

GPS tracker for sure. Not much you can do to stop it from being towed away without it being a huge inconvenience to you - which will happen way before someone attempts to hot wire it (if that's even possible?) . Good insurance policy on your truck and everything in it and a well hidden GPS tracker with it's own power source is the way to go IMO

Ravelco. Works great unless they have a tow truck to which there is no stopping.

There are in-line valves with a key to shut off the fuel to the engine. Thief may get a few miles down the road but then the truck engine will die and not too many thieves are going to stick around and run diagnostics.

Something I have used is a motorcycle chain (hardened steel) wrapped through the wheel spokes and around the frame. I would expect most thieves would look at the chain and decide to go for something easier to steal. I also have wheel locks on each wheel so as not to lose 4 wheels and tires.

A chain to keep the hood from being opened far enough to grab the battery (or batteries with a diesel) is also a good idea in "bad areas".

I think you just need to install a lock. So that your car cannot be easily reached, place it in an area that is well-lit and close to other trucks. If feasible, choose a lot that has cameras and security personnel.

I'd put in a kill switch and drop an air tag in the truck (if you are an Apple user).

I would think a kil switch cutting power to the fuel pump module should work. On the 09-11 trucks that wire is accessible in the left side kick panel.
That probably would stop most people.

Better to let the thieves know it's hopeless, before they tear up your wiring and steering column. A steering wheel lock or wheel lock or a seat of razor blades. If they obviously can't drive it they won't try to start it.

Remove the alarm connection from the horn and connect it to a player that plays yodel music from Mars Attacks.
