My idler wheel snapped off. Not the bolt. The aluminum insert that appears to be pressed into the steel potion of the motor. The pulley and bolt are fine. How do I remove the broken piece that's still in the motor?

 

Gonna need more info if you expect an answer, year, model, engine etc....
